YOU CAN LOSE BODY FAT IN A CERTAIN AREA OF THE BODY BY WORKING THAT AREA

THE TRUTH IS
Working the muscles in a specific part of the body does not burn fat only in that particular area.  In other words, doing lots of sit-ups will not make you lose your gut.  Fat burning is not localized to one part of the body.  Yes, working a specific muscle does build that particular muscle, making it stronger and more defined.  However, if there happens to be a thick layer of fat on top of the muscle, such as a flabby gut, you will not be able to see the muscle beneath.
