THE CONCEPT BEHIND THE
RECIPE FOR FITNESS SUCCESS

Everyone is familiar with the concept of a recipe.  We all understand when cooking that if you combine the proper ingredients at the right time and in the correct proportions, then the results will turn out successfully.  Well, this is the same principle that I want you to apply when trying to transform your body and lose body fat.  If you are interested in achieving successful results with your body, then you should incorporate all 5 of the ingredients in "The Recipe For Fitness Success," at the proper intervals and in the right proportions. 
It is important to know that I did not personally create this recipe, nature did.  I just researched what science and fitness experts have figured out about the body, how it burns fat, and most importantly, how it keeps fat off! 
My goal is to help you transform your body in a meaningful and lasting way. Most importantly, I will help you do it in a way that is truly healthy; that means with no quick fixes, no gimmicks, and no damage to your body.  You will be amazed at how intelligent your body is, if you just listen to what it tells you.

The other reason that this recipe makes so much sense is that you will always be able to find an area for improvement.  When you find yourself too frustrated with one ingredient, you can just focus more on another.  What's more, if you plateau (as is common when trying to lose body fat), you can kick it up a notch in an area where you may have been slacking.  Luckily, you will have a truly tough time running out of things to do in each area (again the intelligence of nature).  Clearly, incorporating all 5 ingredients of the "Recipe For Fitness Success" is the way to get the very best and the longest lasting results.
